Her expertise encompasses needs assessment, strategic planning, and helping leaders integrate inclusion and equity principles into organizational frameworks and leader mindsets, co-creating tailored plans aligned with mission, vision, and objectives.

Moreover, she has experience cultivating extensive networks and fostering stakeholder relationships across various hierarchies and organizations. Greta's approach is deeply informed by decades of experience working, leading, and learning with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
