Christina Thor is the Wisconsin State Director for 9to5, the National Association for Working Women, a social justice organization working to put working women issues on the public agenda to achieve economic justice. Most recently, she helped win the paid parental leave ordinance for all Milwaukee City and County employees.

Earlier this year, Christina launched her business called Launch for Change, an affordable digital communications and website design agency that supports first-time business owners. which supports her vision for elevating community leaders, trailblazers, and neighbors.
